Our process begins with a 30-minute discovery call assessing your human capital needs and understanding your current business objectives. We will delve into current PEO market conditions and identify potential areas of growth and opportunity for your company.

GLOBAL PEO & EOR SERVICES

We gather pertinent data identified in the discovery call to acquire multiple PEO proposals for your eventual review. The exchange of information is simplified with report templates and securely exchanged in an encrypted end-to-end environment.

FOUNDER, EVP

Founder Mike Miller brings over two decades of direct executive PEO and Insurance experience with companies such as Paychex, ADP, Gallagher, Alphastaff, and CoAdvantage. Mike previously was a foundering member of one of the largest nationwide PEO brokerages leading a team in procuring over 10,000 employees in PEO placement.  Mike has been duly appointed as a licensed life and health agent since 2005 (NPN #8299650).

Kristy King
Chief Operating Officer, EVP

Kristy King is a seasoned executive with a strong background in operations, legal affairs, and corporate leadership. As the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Tuldon, she drives strategic growth and operational efficiency. With prior experience at Paychex, Raymond James, and Ceridian, Kristy has honed her expertise in financial services, human capital management, and compliance.  Kristy is a duly licensed life and health agent (NPN # 21070084).
